Access is reviewed individually. The current operational workflow includes:
- Company onboarding and role-based access
- Customers and reusable pickup and delivery locations
- Driver, truck and trailer records and equipment assignment
- Loads, ordered stops and dispatch assignment
- Driver acknowledgement and document-gated trip actions
- Private BOL/POD and configured load evidence
- Driver completion submission, office review and accounting handoff
Outside the current pilot promise
Statements, external accounting integrations such as QuickBooks, fuel-provider integrations, continuous fleet GPS and ELD/HOS replacement are not included in the current pilot offer. Roadmap items are subject to validation and may change.
Fleet size and requested seats
The demo form asks how many active driver seats you need, from 1 to 20. This is a capacity request, not a per-seat price quote. Configured subscription plans have 5, 10 or 20 included driver seats, with eligible add-ons on the smaller plans. Access, plan availability and commercial terms are confirmed separately during onboarding. Staff roles are managed separately from driver seats.
A focused first release
CarrierHelm is designed for small U.S. carriers. A requested fleet size is not a guarantee of simultaneous-user capacity or service availability. Each pilot workload is reviewed before access is granted.
