Built for small U.S. carriers

CarrierHelm

Secure onboarding and access for small trucking companies

CarrierHelm is being built as a trucking CRM and transportation management platform for small U.S. carriers with 1–20 drivers. The current Stage 1 application manages company identity, exact driver-seat licensing, Owner onboarding, predefined roles, invitations, seats, and secure access. Loads, dispatch, statements, fleet operations, QuickBooks, fuel, and GPS are planned for later stages and are not available in the current release.

What the current CarrierHelm release provides

  • Establish company identity and complete controlled Owner onboarding.
  • Manage exact driver-seat licensing for 5, 10, or 20 active drivers.
  • Invite staff and drivers into predefined roles and available seats.
  • Enforce company-aware membership, role, and seat access boundaries.
  • Provide the secure foundation for operational modules planned in later stages.
