These terms concern the public website and demo-request process. They do not establish a paid software subscription or replace an agreed customer contract.

1. Private early access
CarrierHelm is being evaluated for small-carrier operational workflows. Access is invitation-only and reviewed individually. Descriptions, illustrations and roadmap items do not promise a release date, guaranteed capacity, service level or a particular integration. Approved access and any commercial service require separately agreed arrangements.
2. Demo requests
When you submit the form, we receive and store the information you provide and use it to review and respond to your request as described in the Privacy Policy. Submission does not create a company, membership, role, seat, license or operational access, does not purchase a subscription and does not obligate either party to proceed.

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit information you lack authority to provide, abuse the form, upload malicious content, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or other carriers’ records. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the Security page.
Security reporting4. Brand and website content
CarrierHelm branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing this website does not grant rights to reproduce or redistribute the brand or content beyond uses permitted by law.
5. Product role and limitations
CarrierHelm provides software tools. It does not act as a motor carrier, freight broker, ELD/HOS replacement, payroll provider or accounting adviser. Carriers remain responsible for reviewing operational and financial records and managing their own transportation, driver, safety, payment and compliance obligations.
6. Website availability and links
The website is provided as available. Content may change and may contain errors. External links and optional integrations have their own terms and privacy practices. No customer SLA, backup guarantee, financial liability cap or dispute-resolution provision is created by this informational website.
7. Updates and contact
Updates will be posted here with a revised date. For website or demo-request questions, contact carrierhelm.admin@gmail.com.
8. Customer service documents
Customer Terms and a Data Processing Addendum are available as review drafts for a separately agreed private early-access order. Viewing them or submitting a demo request is not acceptance. Customer activation requires an identified actual provider, completed terms and a signed Order Form; the marketing website does not perform that signing or enforce an application acceptance gate.
