CarrierHelm is a trucking CRM and transportation management platform for small U.S. trucking companies. These terms govern use of the public CarrierHelm marketing website.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this public CarrierHelm website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These terms govern use of the marketing website only and are separate from any terms that may apply to the secure CarrierHelm application at app.carrierhelm.com.
2. Description of service
This website is a public marketing site for CarrierHelm, a premium CRM and TMS platform for small U.S. trucking companies. It provides information about CarrierHelm and a request-access intake form. It does not provide access to the CarrierHelm application or any operational functionality.
3. Request access
The Request Access form is a visual intake only. Submitting it does not create a company, membership, role, seat, license, or any access to the CarrierHelm application. Access, if granted, is provided separately and intentionally through the secure application.
4. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. Automated scraping or abuse of the request form is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
CarrierHelm, the CarrierHelm name, branding, and website content are owned by CarrierHelm. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission, except as permitted by law.
